If you have a problem with your order.. Reach out and say HEY JACK HELP!!! I try to get back to all messages within 24 hours, but will most likely get back to you within the hour.

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all Ill fix that just ship it back for a full refund! Unfortunately I will not be able to refund any opened product that has been unsealed or tampered with.
Shipping to international friends
I know how expensive it can be to collect internationally, because of this I decided to only charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15. However I will most likely lose money on shipping depending on your location so make sure you get everything you need in one go!! This policy is subject to change depending on how long it is sustainable so take advantage now!
